1) Payment

Payments can be made with a credit card or via Pay-Pal. When your portrait is completed and I have sent an invoice, the remaining payment is required within 7 days or I reserve the right to keep and sell the portrait.

4) Cancellations

If for whatever reason you decide to cancel your order, you have a 3 day full money back guarantee from when the deposit was paid.

If the order is cancelled after 3 days, the 30% deposit will need to be retained to cover any work already completed and materials used.

2) Delivery

All portraits are securely packaged and shipped with a tracking number provided to your chosen address. Shipment is made within 2 working days of receiving payment.

5) Refunds

I will keep in touch with you throughout the process to ensure any changes can be made early on and to iron out any issues.

If you are unhappy with the progress of your painting and wish to cancel, the cancellation terms apply.

I will be sending you a photo of your finished portrait; therefore, any final changes or comments you have should be made at this time. Once your portrait is delivered it is non-returnable and non- refundable.

3) Copyright

I own the copyrights to any work I produce. This includes the right to reproduce the artwork for prints, marketing purposes, or other products.

Please inform me if this is something you are unhappy with.

6) Damage to goods in transit

I package my portraits very carefully; however, in the unfortunate event damage occurs, please send me a photo of the damaged artwork immediately. In this case, the artwork can be returned to me and I will complete a new portrait - all free of charge. Please be aware there may be a wait depending on other commissions I have on the calendar.
